摘要
目的:检测结节性红斑患者血循环及皮损免疫球蛋白和补体水平。方法:应用全自动生化分析仪采用透射比浊法检测结节性红斑患者治疗前后及正常对照组血液IgG、IgA、IgM、C3和C4。应用免疫组化LAB-SA法对结节性红斑皮损及正常组织进行IgG、IgA、IgM及补体C3检测。结果:结节性红斑血中除IgG在治疗前其水平高于正常组外(P<0.05),其余各项指标治疗前后及正常组三者之间两两比较,其差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结节性红斑皮损IgG、IgA、IgM及C3阳性率分别为83.33%,66.67%,100%和94.44%,其阳性率除IgA,IgM之间差异有显著性意义外(P<0.05),其余均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:免疫球蛋白和抗原形成的免疫复合物在结节性红斑血管壁的形成和沉积在发病中起重要作用。
Objective: To detect immunoglobulin and complements in the peripheral blood and skin lesions of erythema nodosum. Methods: Transmission turbidimetry was used to detect serum immunoglobulin and complements in erythema nodosum. LAB- SA method was used to detect immunoglobulin and complements in the skin lesions. The results before and after treatment were compared. Results: Serum IgG before treatment was higher in the patients than in normal controls ( P 〈 0.05). The positivity rate of IgG, IgA, IgM and C3 in the skin lesions of erythema nodosum was 83.33%, 66.67%, 100% and 94.44% respectively. The difference was significant for IgA and IgM ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions: Deposition of the mixed immunoglobulin and antigen in the blood vessels may play an important role in the pathogenesis of erythema nodosum.
