HPV引起巨大皮角中树突状细胞、IFN-γ及IL-10的分析

摘要 通过研究HPV引起巨大皮角和寻常疣皮损中树突状细胞(DCs)密度和T淋巴细胞分泌细胞因子的变化,检测HPV引起巨大皮角与寻常疣的皮损免疫微环境的差异。采用免疫组化法,对4例HPV引起巨大皮角和12例寻常疣及8例色素痣标本进行CD1a、CD83、IFN-γ及IL-10密度研究。结果:由HPV引起的巨大皮角患者表现较高IL-10(+)密度和低IFN-γ(+)密度,CD1a(+)和CD83(+)无明显差异。由HPV引起的巨大皮角患者呈现显著的免疫抑制。
