输血和皮肤病相关性研究
摘要
医学各学科中,输血是公认的治疗手段。免疫介导性皮肤病如大疱性皮肤病、血管胶原病和皮肤淋巴瘤中,血浆置换疗法和体外光化学疗法可为此类皮肤疾病提供理想的治疗选择。其他个例报道提示,输血在慢性皮肤疾病如过敏性皮炎和银屑病中有一定疗效,而不良皮肤表现主要有紫癜性丘疹和移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)。
