摘要 提出了“通/断”式分段冷却控制模式的换热系数的计算方法,利用轴对称有限元法模拟了2350铝带冷轧机轧辊的稳态温度场及其热变形,模拟结果与实测结果一致证明理论的正确性.该理论对于研究分段冷却控制板形具有重要意义. In this paper, the method is proposed to calculate the transfer coefficients of the on-off cooling in stage control mode, and the static temperature field and thermal deformation of the roll in 2350-mill are simulated by using the axisymmetric finite element method. The result is in concordant with the values measured in the experiment. It is shown that this theory is right. The theory is significant for studying cooling in stage to control the flatness.
