摘要 分析了国外生活垃圾焚烧发展的特点和动力,对比分析了国内垃圾焚烧发展情况,充分借鉴国外先进的管理机制体制和技术经验,提出针对性的建议。 The characteristics and power of foreign domestic waste incineration development were analyzed, and the situations of waste incineration development in China were comparatively analyzed. Advanced foreign management mechanism and technical experiences were fully used for reference, and specific proposals were put forward.
