德国填埋场相关标准及废物处理动向

Correlative Criteria of MSW Landfill Site and Progress of Waste Treatment in Germany

摘要 通过观察近年来德国填埋处理的策略、问题及废物处理现况,对其发展趋势进行归纳:德国从2005年开始禁止将废物直接填埋处理,而需对废物作前处理;要求生活垃圾填埋于级别I或级别II填埋场;同时介绍德国当前废物的主流处理技术——焚烧处理及机械生物垃圾处理技术(MBT)及其处理的残渣性质、处理的现状,指出MBT残渣性质与日本粉碎筛选设备产生的不可燃残渣类似。 Through observing strategies and problems of landfill, and status of waste treatment in Germany in recent years, the development trend of waste treatment was summarized. Landfill of untreated MSW has been prohibited since 2005 in Germany. Waste for landfill must be pretreated and be landfilled into either Landfill Class I or II. The current situation of MSW incineration and mechanical-biological waste treatment (MBT) in Germany, as well as the characteristics of incineration and MBT residue were introduced. The characteristics of MBT residue were similar to that of incombustible residue from Japanese crushing and screening facilities.
