For the wide range of issues and multifarious steps involved,the commissioning of SCADA system in Three Gorges Right Bank Hydropower Station is a complex process.The rules for personnel assignment,document prepare ensure the high quality and efficiency in commissioning.This paper sums up the experience on the commissioning of SCADA system and discusses the standardized commissioning procedure.
