摘要
介绍了一种基于视觉技术的非接触式曲面测量方法,该方法根据双目立体成像原理,以数学形态学及计算机图形图像学为理论基础,利用数字图像处理技术,采用常规设备实现曲面的测量。通过对已知曲面(圆柱表面)进行测量以及误差分析,得出该测量方法的精度为0.30mm,验证了此方法的可行性。
A non - contact measurement method for 3 - D surface based on vision techniques is proposed in this paper. According to the principle of binocular stereo image vision, theoreticaly based on mathematical morphology and computer graphics, using digital image processing techniques and conventional equipment, this method realizes the measurement for 3 - D surface. Through measurement of cylindrical surface and the error analysis, the accuracy of this measurement method is 0.30ram and the feasibility of this method was verified.
