摘要 根据目前粮仓测控系统的情况,提出了基于CAN总线粮仓测控系统的方法。上位机采用PCI总线工业控制计算机利用组态软件开发界面,下位机带CAN总线的单片机作为智能测控节点测控每个粮仓,利用单总线数字温度传感器芯片DS18B20温度测量。研究表明:该测控系统具有通用性优良、适宜于远距离通讯、线路少且维修方便、精度高且抗干扰能力强和价格低廉的特点,应用范围比较广泛,能够满足实时测控的要求。 According to the present granary measuring and controlling system, a method baseu on CAN tins is put xorward. The upper computer interface is designed with configuration software, while the lower computers, single chips with CAN Bus as intelligent measuring and controlling nodes to measure and control every granay, use 1 - wire digital temperature sensor ship DS18B20 to measure temperature. It has been proved that this measuring and controlling system, with excellent generality, fitting for telecommunication, less wires and convenient for maintenance, high precision and strong anti -interference ability, low price, and wild application scope, can fulfill realtime measuring and controlling requirement.
