摘要
基于调速电机和轨道原理结合高精度微型张力计,对模拟农田土壤机械压实技术进行了探索,研制出了一种模拟农田土壤机械压实的装置,对农田土壤机械压实装置压实效果进行了实验研究。测试结果表明,模拟最短作用时间可达0.1s,该压实装置具有结构简单、控制精度高和操作使用方便等优点,能够实现对农机在田间行走速度下土壤压实的模拟。
Based on the principle of track and regulated speed motor and combining with high - sensitivity micro - temsimeter, a analogue devices of arable soil compaction is designed and tested. The experimental results showed that the minimum during time of external forces reached 0. 1 s. This device had a simple structure, a high test precision and easily controlled, which was suitable for simulating arable soil compaction induced by agricultural machinery traveling at different Speeds in the field.
