基于乡村旅游发展的新农村建设模式研究——以宁波市为例

Research on New Countryside Construction Model Driving by Rural Tourism Developing——A Case Study of Ningbo

乡村旅游作为新时期农村社会发展的重要组成部分,在经济、社会和文化等层面对新农村建设均有一定的促进作用。通过对乡村旅游发展与新农村建设目标耦合关系的分析,提出了在乡村旅游资源丰富的农村地区构建乡村旅游驱动型新农村建设模式,可实现乡村旅游发展与新农村建设的良性互动。同时,以宁波为例,对乡村旅游驱动下的山岳旅游依托型、生态示范区驱动型、度假综合型、观光农业驱动型、滨海旅游依托型和古村落旅游依托型等6种新农村建设模式的特点进行了分析,并对基于乡村旅游发展的宁波市新农村建设的保障体系进行了探讨。

As an important part of rural economic - society system, rural tourism contributes to the furtherance of new countryside construction. Based on analyzing relationships of rural tourism developing and new countryside construetion aim, the authors put forward that building new countryside construction model driving by rural tourism can realize common development. Then, Ningbo as a case study, 6 types new countryside construction models driving by rural tourism, they are model supported by mountain resorts, model driving by ecological demonstration zones, model driving by integra- tion resort district, model driving by agritourism; model driving by coastal tourism and model driving by ancient village tourism, were brought forward. At last, the authors probed into that a security system should be established for realizing sustainable development of new countryside construction model driving by rural tourism.
