摘要
利用特制旋转扫描焊炬,在建立细丝埋弧焊电弧传感器静态和动态模型的基础上,选择了合适的采样区间和积分差值法.设计了以单片机为核心的细丝埋弧焊焊缝跟踪控制器及控制软件,实现了焊缝的自动跟踪,其精度在1mm以下,同时还达到了与普通埋弧焊相同的熔敷率.
Based on the static and dynamic models of arc sensor in submerged arc welding with fine wire, the suitable sample region is selected and integrationdifference value method is developed by the specialmade rotating torch. By the seam tracing controller with microprocessor and tracing software, the seam autotracing is realized in submerged arc welding with fine wire and its controlling precision is superior to 1 mm which can meet fully the need of the design. Further, the same deposition ratio as the conventional submerged arc welding is realized in this process.
