Seam tracing and controlling in submerged arc welding with fine wire

摘要 利用特制旋转扫描焊炬,在建立细丝埋弧焊电弧传感器静态和动态模型的基础上,选择了合适的采样区间和积分差值法.设计了以单片机为核心的细丝埋弧焊焊缝跟踪控制器及控制软件,实现了焊缝的自动跟踪,其精度在1mm以下,同时还达到了与普通埋弧焊相同的熔敷率. Based on the static and dynamic models of arc sensor in submerged arc welding with fine wire, the suitable sample region is selected and integrationdifference value method is developed by the specialmade rotating torch. By the seam tracing controller with microprocessor and tracing software, the seam autotracing is realized in submerged arc welding with fine wire and its controlling precision is superior to 1 mm which can meet fully the need of the design. Further, the same deposition ratio as the conventional submerged arc welding is realized in this process.
