葛根素注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤的干预 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究葛根素对急性脑缺血再灌注损伤所致神经细胞损害的保护作用。方法:完全阻断大脑中动脉致其所支配的特定区域缺血缺氧30min,然后再恢复血流30min,制作大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型;药物组预先给予葛根素注射液,对照组给予等剂量的生理盐水;观察和比较两组脑神经细胞损伤的病理形态学变化,计算其脑神经细胞的死亡率和葛根素干预后的保护关联强度。结果:葛根素干预组的脑神经细胞损伤程度明显轻于生理盐水对照组,葛根素干预与脑神经细胞死亡呈显著负相关。结论:葛根素对急性脑缺血再灌注损伤所致的脑神经细胞损害具有一定的保护作用。 Objective: To study the intervention of puerarin injection on reperfusion injure on during acute local cerebral ischemia. Method: The rat model of acute local cerebralischemia-reperfusion was reproduced by fully blocking the middle cerebral artery then opening for 30min respectively. Rats of puerarin intervention group were injected with puerarin in dose of 30 mg· kg^- 1 by intraperitoneal injection before ischemia 30 minutes, while the control group were injected with equal value of normal saline. The changes of morphology and mortality of neurocytes were compared between the two groups. The protective strength of association of the puerarin was calculated. Result: The lesion of brain cellula nervosa in the puerarin Preventing group was much slighter than that in the control group. There was significantly negative correlation between the prevention of puerarin and neurocyte death. Conclusion: Puerarin has the neu- roprotective effects in the processes of acute local cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
