阳桃根多糖对糖尿病小鼠胰岛素及胸、脾指数的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Averrhoa Carambola L.Root Polysaccharide on Serum Insulin and Index of Thymus,Spleen in STZ-induced Diabetic Mice

摘要 目的:观察阳桃根多糖对链脲佐菌素(streptozocin,STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠血清胰岛素及胸腺、脾脏指数的影响。方法:建立由链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病小鼠模型,将阳桃根多糖高、低剂量组、格列本脲组分别灌胃给药14d,另设模型组、正常对照组灌胃生理盐水。检测小鼠的空腹血糖值(FBG)、血清胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素敏感指数;测定小鼠胸腺指数及脾指数。结果:与模型组比较,阳桃根多糖高、低剂量组均能显著降低糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖(P<0.01)、空腹血清胰岛素(P<0.01),提高胰岛素敏感指数(P<0.01)、并能明显提高小鼠胸腺指数及脾指数(P<0.01)。结论:阳桃根多糖能显著降低STZ致糖尿病小鼠的FBG,改善糖尿病小鼠对胰岛素的敏感性,并增强糖尿病小鼠的免疫功能。 Objective: To study the effect of Polysaccharide of Averrhoa carambola L. Root on serum insulin and index of Thymus, Spleen in STZ-induced diabetic mice. Method: Diabetic models were induced by Streptozotocin (STZ). The experimental mice were divided into different groups at random and treated with high- and low-doses of Polysaccharide of Averrhoa carambola L. Root, glibenclamide respectively for 14 days. The model and the normal groups were intragastric administrated saline. The levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG) and the fasting blood serum insulin (FBSI) and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) were detected after treatment with drugs. The Index of Thymus, Spleen were determinated. Result: Compared with model group, the FBG and the FBSI in diabetic mice treated with high- and low-doses Polysaccharide of Averrhoa carambola L. Root were decreased significantly (P 〈 0. 01 ). The ISI and the Index of Thymus, Spleen were increased (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The polysaccharide of Averrhoa carambola L. Root has significantly hypoglycemic effects. It could improve the sensitivity of insulin and enhance the immunological function in STZ-induced diabetic mice.
