摘要
目的:检查一次性皮肤缝合器中的环氧乙烷残留量。方法:采用比色法,检测波长:560nm。结果:环氧乙烷的浓度与吸光度呈较好的线性关系(r=0.999 6)。结论:方法可以作为一次性皮肤缝合器中环氧乙烷残留量的测定方法。
Objective ： To establish a method for determination of ethylene oxide in disposable skin stapler. Method： The ethylene oxide was determined by colorimetry, the detection wavelength was 560nm. Result： The calibration curve was good linear relationship within a certain range for ethylent oxide. Conclusion： The method is sinple and reliable, it can be used for the determination of ethyl- ene oxide in disposable skin stapler.
