摘要
目的:优选退热解毒灵颗粒的挥发油提取及环糊精包合物工艺。方法:以柴胡挥发油的含量为指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计优选挥发油提取及环糊精包合物工艺。结果:柴胡挥发油的最佳提取工艺为:温浸4h,以3ml·min^(-1)的蒸馏速度,蒸馏量为4倍;最佳包合工艺为:每100g生药用10gβ-环糊精于45℃包合2h。结论:优选的工艺科学合理,可作为该制剂的合理开发的依据。
Objective: To optimize the volatile oils extraction and cyclodextfin clathrates process of Tuirejieduling granules. Method: The orthogonal test of L9 (34) was used to optimize the volatile oils extraction and cyclodextrin clathrates process of Tuirejieduling granules with the content of the volatile oils of Radix bupleufi as index. Result: The optimal conditions for extraction process was that the herb medicine was soaked 4 hours by warm water and distilled at rate of 3 ml. min - 1, till the total distilled volatile oil was 4 times of the herb medicine. The optimal conditions for cyclodextrin clathrates process was that per 100mg herb medicine was clathrated with the 10g β-CD at 45 ℃ for 2 hours. Conclusion : The optimum process is reasonable and stable and it can be provided the references for further investigation of this preparation.
