摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同品种西番莲叶中异荭草素、荭草素的含量。方法:采用ODS-C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为水-四氢呋喃-异丙醇-乙腈(87∶8∶2∶3),检查波长为360nm,柱温30℃,流速1ml·min^(-1)。结果:异荭草素、荭草素线性范围分别为0.0367~0.5872mg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 8)、0.0372~0.5955mg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 5),平均回收率分别为98.88%(n=9)、98.84%(n=9)。结论:不同品种西番莲叶中异荭草素、荭草素含量有明显差异,可为西番莲叶质量评价提供参考。
Objective: To determine the contents of isoorientin and orientin of passiflora leaves in various specimens by RP-HPLC. Method: ODS C,s column (250mm × 4.6mm,5 μm) was used , the mobile phase consisted of a quaternary-tetrahydrofuran-isopropanolacetonitrile(87: 8: 2: 3, V/V), the flow-rate was 1.0ml· min^-1, the temperature of column was 30℃ and detection wavelength was at 360nm. Result: The good linearities of isoorientin and orientin were obtained within the ranges of 0.0367 - 0.587mg· ml^ - 1 ( r = 0.999 8 ) and0.0372 - 0. 5955mg· m1 ^-1 ( r = 0. 999 5 ), the average recoveries were 98.88 % ( n = 9 ) and 98.84% ( n = 9 ), respectively. Conclusion: The content of isoorientin and oricntin in Passiflora Leaves from various specimens are different. It provides a reference standard for the quality control of passiflora leaves.
