预处理对阳极铝箔腐蚀特性的影响 被引量:3

Effect of pretreatment on corrosion behaviors for anodic aluminum foil

摘要 采用正交试验方法,研究了H3PO4溶液、HNO3溶液和A电解液(HCl和H2SO4组成的环保型体系)三种预处理方式分别对后道工序铝箔腐蚀发孔行为的影响。结果表明:用A电解液预处理不但易于生产控制,而且提高了铝箔产品的比容档次和质量一致性,较之H3PO4溶液、HNO3溶液处理,比容提高了2%,其离散率从9%下降到了6%,同时降低了制造成本和环保压力。 By using orthogonal test method, the effects of pretreatments with H3PO4 solution, HNO3 solution and electrolytic solution system A (HCl+H2SO4), on pitting behavior of aluminum foil were studied. The experimental results show that compared with two pretreatments (H3PO4 solution and HNO3 solution), the pretreatment by using electrolytic solution A has advantages with specific capacitance improvement and quality consistency. And it is easy to production control. The specific capacitance raise by 2% and the dispersion ratio drop from 9% to 6%. The new pretreatment reduce the cost of both manufacture and environmental protection.
