摘要
采用ZrOCl2·8H2O为改性添加剂前驱体,利用Zr与碳基体之间的原位反应制备了ZrC改性碳/碳(C/C)复合材料。借助热分析和氧乙炔烧蚀试验,研究了所得试样的抗氧化和抗烧蚀行为;用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜检验观察了改性前后C/C复合材料的烧蚀形貌和Zr的存在形式。结果表明:ZrC颗粒尺寸细小,在试样中分布均匀;改性C/C复合材料质量烧蚀率比改性前降低了43.6%。
Adopting ZrOCl2·8H2O as modification additive precursor, ZrC modified carbon/carbon (C/C) composites were fabricated via in situ reaction between zirconium and carbon matrix. The anti-ablation and anti-oxidation behaviors of the specimen were investigated by oxygen-acetylene firing and thermal analysis experiments, the ablation morphology and zirconium distribution of the C/C composites with or without modification were observed by XRD and SEM. The results show that ZrC, in shape of small particles, distributes uniformly in carbon matrix. The oxidation-ablation rate of ZrC modified C/C composites reduces by 43.6% compared with that before modified.
