摘要
为了更加快速、准确地对螺栓等联结部位进行模态分析,研究了ANSYS软件中的相关算法。对某大型复杂设备应用共节点、接触算法和轴承单元分别处理了螺栓、轮齿、滑动轴承联结部位,进行了前100阶模态频率的仿真计算,并与实验结果进行了比较,比较结果表明:应用这些处理方法,其计算结果相对误差较小,振型一致。相对于传统处理方法能节省大量前处理时间,保证较高的计算精度,提高了分析效率。
For analyzing connecting part like as bolt quickly and more accuracy, the concerned algorithm in ANSYS was studied. And certain equipment's bolt, gear and slide bearing were deal with by node merging, contact algorithm and bearing element respectively. The first 100 order natural frequencies of equipment were calculated and the numerical re- sults were compared with experiment results. The comparing results show that the relative error of calculation by using this method was small and vibrating shape was same. This method could shorten pre-treat time, ensure high accuracy in calculation and increase analyzing efficiency compare with additional methods.
