摘要
一般的数控焊接机床只能进行两轴或三轴的联动插补,在管道生产过程中,为了提高焊接过程的工艺质量和适用范围,要求数控系统能进行五轴联动插补.文中就该插补问题进行了研究,并推导出了相应的插补公式.
The numerical controlling welding machine tool,in general,can only carry outtwo axes or three axes interpolation calculation,however to improve weldingquality and adaptive scope, it demands that numerical controlling system car-ry out five axes interpolation,in pipeline-producing process. The interpolationproblem has been studied and its corresponding formulas have been derived inthis paper.
