摘要
介绍了某斑岩金铜矿的矿石性质,针对有用矿物的分布特征制定了金铜混浮选流程,并进行了一段磨矿、粗精再磨、中矿再磨对比试验,粗精再磨闭路流程指标最优,混合精矿产率2.35%、含金40.41g/t、含铜24.08%、金回收率84.40%、铜回收率89.51%。并提出了多收粗粒金的工艺方案。
The final sample of blended run of mine ore of a porphyry auricupride contained gold 1.26 g/t ore and copper 0.66%. Under coarse grinding fineness, the process of roughing, two-stage cleaning and regrinding of rough concentrate after two-stage scavenging was selected to deal with the ore sample. The process achieved a mixed concentrate with a yield of 2.35%, gold 40.41g/t ore, copper 24.08% , a gold recovery of 84.40% and a copper of recovery 89.51%. It was determined that the ore was a free- milling auricupride and usage of simple process may acquire better technical indexes.
