摘要
目的了解目前我国安徽、河南、山西3省自愿咨询检测(VCT)人群HIV感染者中HIV/HCV共感染率及HCV亚型的分布情况。方法对来自安徽、河南、山西3省VCT人群中HIV阳性样本进行HCV抗体检测并对HCV阳性的样本进行HCVC/E1区RT-PCR扩增、基因测序,分析HCV的亚型分布。结果在HIV阳性的382份样本中,检出HCV阳性215份,3省VCT人群HIV感染者中HIV/HCV共感染率平均为56.3%,安徽、河南、山西3省分别为50.0%、59.3%、42.9%。其中,经血传播人群的HIV/HCV共感染率为72.1%,经性传播人群为33.3%,其它途径人群为36.6%。HCV PCR扩增成功98份,1b亚型69份(70%),2a亚型28份(29%),3a亚型1份(1%)。结论安徽、河南、山西VCT人群具有较高的HIV/HCV共感染率;经性传播人群HIV/HCV共感染率高于国外水平;HIV/HCV共感染对HCV亚型分布无显著影响。
Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of HIV/HCV co-infection in Anhui, Henan and Shanxi provinces, and to explore the genotypes of HCV in HIV/HCV co-infected samples. Methods HCV antibody was detected by using enzyme immunoassay for HIV positive samples of VCT people. RT-PCR was used to amplify C/Elregion of HCV. Genotypes of HCV were determined by genetic characterization of viral sequences. Results The HCV co-infection rate in Anhui, Henan, Shanxi provinces was 56.3% on average, and the rate in each province was 50. 0%, 59. 3% and 42. 9%, respectively. The HCV co-infection rate in paid plasma aphaeresis donors, sexual partners of infected individuals, and other ways of infections were 72. 1%, 33.3% and 36.6%, respectively. The HCV gene analysis showed that 69 of samples (70%) were of lb genotype, 28 (29%) were 2a genotype and 1 ( 1% ) was 3a genotype. Conclusion The HCV co-infection rate among HIV infected people in Anhai, Henan, Shanxi provinces is relatively high. The HCV co-infection rate in sexually acquired HIV infected individuals was higher than those of other countries. The main genotype of HCV is 1b and 2a and the co-infection of HIV/HCV did not affect the genotype distribution of HCV.
