摘要
针对机械制造系统中常见的车、钻、铣等典型制造工艺,从切削用量节能的角度,在考虑切削加工过程各种约束条件的基础上,建立了以消耗的切削功率最小为目标函数的优化数学模型。最后,用实例计算证明了此模型的可行性与有效性。
From the saving energy angle of cutting parameters,mathematical model according to the optimum object of cutting energy cost is established in the view of the typical manufacturing engineerings such as turning,drilling,milling and so on,which is subjected to the limited conditions during manufacturing.Finally,feasibility and effectiveness of the model are proved by practical examples.
