摘要
通过研究再生颤振机理,提出再生颤振在线控制的新方法.首先对颤振信号作快速傅立叶变换,由功率谱得到颤振频率;然后根据颤振系统与切削周期的能量关系,计算出最优相位差及相应的切削周期;最后通过调整主轴转速达到抑制颤振的目的.计算机仿真表明了此方法的可行性.
A new on-line control method is proposed to suppress regenerative chatter vibration.After the chatter frequency is idenrified through the power spectrum of the chatter signals dy carrying out FFT,the best phase difference and the related tooth cutting period are calculated.Then the spindle speed is regulated to suppress chatter.The computer simulation shows the excellent effect.
