摘要
考虑到提高钻孔加工质量的迫切需要以及新型材料的不断涌现,研制了能够实现多元变参数的振动钻床数控系统。此系统采用国际标准数控语言编程,可根据需要在钻削过程的任意时刻同时改变振幅、振动频率和进给量等。
Considering the urgent needs of improving the hole drilling quality and that the new materials are constantly emerging,this paper presents NC system for the vibration drilling machine with the facility for multivariate varying parameters.This system can simultaneously vary vibration amplitude,vibration frequency,feed rate and etc.at any moment in drilling process according to the demands by using the international standard NC language for programming.
