人工泪液对LASIK术后干眼症的疗效观察

Observation of Effects of Using Artificial Tears for Dry Eye Syndrome after Excimer Laser Subepithelial Keratomileusis

目的观察LASIK术后应用人工泪液预防、治疗干眼症的疗效。方法对734例患者(1447眼)行LASIK,观察组(369例,725眼)术后滴用泪然滴眼液(右旋糖苷70滴眼液),每日4次,而对照组(365例,722眼)术后不用泪然滴眼液,其余常规处置二组相同。术前、术后1周、术后1月、术后3月均进行泪液学检查,以资对比。结果术后滴用泪然滴眼液组的Schirmer值,BUT值均优于未滴用泪然滴眼液组,术后两组的Schirmer值,BUT值均差于术前。结论LASIK术后应用人工泪液来预防、治疗干眼症是必要和有效的。

Objective To observe effects of using artificial tears for dry eye syndrome after Excimer Laser Subepithelial Keratomileusis. Methods Total 734 patients （1447 eyes） treated with LASIK were divided into two groups according to using Tears Naturale Ⅱ or not. Tear tests were observed before and after surgery and contrasted between two groups. Results Tear tests of Tears Naturale Ⅱ group were better than that of control group, and postoperative tear tests of two groups were worse than that of preoperative tests. Conclusion It is needed and effective to use artificial tears for dry eye syndrome after Excimer Laser Subepithelial Keratomileusis.
