宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床体会

Clinical Experience of Hysteroscopy Tangential Electric Surgery to Treat Hysteromyoma

目的为了探讨宫腔镜手术治疗子宫肌瘤的方法与治疗效果。方法采用应用持续灌流式宫腔电切镜,对118例子宫肌瘤患者行宫腔镜电切术手术治疗。结果118例中O型子宫肌瘤35例,Ⅰ型子宫肌瘤49例,Ⅱ型子宫肌瘤34例。术前宫腔镜检查,术中进行B超声或腹腔镜监护术,并进行术后随访。本组118例宫腔镜手术后,月经均恢复正常,其中1例偶有痛经,1例术后25天出血,再次行内膜电凝治愈,无子宫穿孔等并发症发生。结论从结果可以看出,宫腔镜手术是治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤及宫颈肌瘤的一种有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the ways and treatment effect of hysteroscopy surgery in hysteromyoma. Methods Through continuous - flow tank tangential electric hysteroscope, 118 cases with hysteromyoma underwent hysteroscopy tangential electric surgery treatment. Results In the 118 cases, 35 cases are 0 type hysteromyoma, 49 cases are Ⅰ type hysteromyoma, 34 cases are Ⅱ type hysteromyoma. All of the patients, we take preoperative hysteroscopy check, ultrasound or laparoscopic guardianship during the surgery and postoperative follow - up. After hysteroscopy surgery, all of the 118 cases＇ menstruation return to normal, 1 case dysmenorrhea occasionally, 1 case hemorrhage after 25 days, but finally heal by again endometrial electrocoagulation. None of the patient has uterine perforation and other complications. Conclusion From the result above, we can come to the conclusion that hysteroscopy surgery is an effective way to treat uterine submucous myoma and cervical myoma.
