摘要
目的探讨国产锁定加压钛板微创治疗下肢骨折的疗效。方法回顾性的分析了2003年12月-2008年2月采用国产锁定加压钛板微创治疗下肢骨折的38例的临床资料对其手术方法技巧和临床疗效进行了全面的分析。结果优32例,良6例。结论采用国产锁定加压钛板微创治疗下肢骨折创伤小、固定牢固、有利于早期活动,是一种较佳的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of locking compression titanium plate in minimally invasive treatment of lower extremity fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis of the December 2003 to February 2008 total 38 cases clinical data of locking compression titanium plate minimally invasive treatment of fractures of the lower limbs and operation skills were analyzed. Results 32 cases were excellent, 6 were good. Conclusion Use of locking compression titanium plate minimally invasive treatment of fractures of lower limb injury, firmly fixed, in favor of early activity, is a better treatment.
