腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输治疗顽固性腹水57例体会

Treatment Experience of the Patients with Refractory Ascites in 57 Cases Treated by Ultrafiltration of Ascites and Peritoneal Reinfusion

目的:观察腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输治疗顽固性腹水的临床疗效。方法:对57例顽固性腹水患者使用腹水超滤浓缩仪建立体外封闭式腹水循环,将腹水超滤浓缩后回输腹腔,观察治疗效果。结果:57例患者经过治疗,临床症状得到迅速明显的好转,腹围减小,无严重不良反应。结论:腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输治疗顽固性腹水的临床疗效显著,无明显的毒副作用,方法安全,简单,易于在基层医院推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of reinfusion of uhrafihrated and concentrated ascitic fluid in patients with refractory ascites. Methods： 57 patients diagnosed as refractory ascites were treated by the system of reinfusion of ascetic fluid concentrated with building the ascites circulation out of body, ultrafiltrated and concentrated ascitic fluid was reinfused to abdominal cavity. After treatment,patients were observed and evaluated its clinical efficacy. Results： 57 Patients＇ clinical symptoms were disappeared or decreased obviously. Abdomen circumference decreased , there were no serious adverse reaction. Conclusion： Ascites ultrafihration and concentration reinfusion takes an effect on refractory ascites with the characteristics of fewer side effects, safe method, simple operation, therefore, it is worth promoting.
