摘要
目的:探讨MSCT图像后处理在鼻区骨折中的应用,以提高鼻区骨折的诊断准确性。方法:对60例鼻区外伤患者进行MSCT扫描,并行MPR及3D后处理。结果:60例中单侧鼻骨骨折26例,双侧鼻骨骨折14例,汇合部骨折5例,上颌骨额突骨折25例,上颌骨额突伴鼻骨骨折10例,鼻骨骨折伴鼻中隔骨折5例。结论:MSCT及图像重建能细致立体地呈现鼻区结构改变。
Purpose To study the value of MSCT image postprocessing in diagnosing complex fractures of nasal region. Methods: 60 cases of fractures of nasal region were scaned by MSCT, and all of the data were sent to workstation for MPR and image postprocessing. Results: In 60 cases of fractures of nasal region,sigal fracture of nasal bone was found in 38,bilateral fracture in 12 eases,fracture of nasal bone joint in 10 cases, fractures of the frontal process of maxillary bone in 25 cases, fractures of nasal septum in 5 cases. Conclusion: MSCT and its image postprocessingcan study fractures of nasal region and the change the adjacent structures accurately, is of great value in dignosing fractures of nasal region.
