阑尾肿瘤的手术治疗

Operation Treatment of Appendiceal Tumor

目的:探讨基层医院外科手术治疗阑尾肿瘤的经验。方法:回顾分析11例阑尾肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果:所有患者入院后均经手术治疗,且对全部病例随访2～6年,2例阑尾腺癌病人,术后因发生肺转移于术后半年死亡;3例阑尾类癌病人,术后2年死于肝转移;其余2例均存活5年以上。结论:应根据患者自身的情况,合理地选择手术方式,以提高术后存活时间。

Objective： to explore the experience of operation treatment of appendieeal tumor in primary hospital. Method： retrospective analysis of clinical data of 11 patients with appendiceal tumor. Result： all the patients are treated with operation, with 2-6 years of follow-up. 2 died half year after operation due to lung metastasis; 3 died 2 years after operation due to liver metastasis; the other 2 cases live over 5 years. Conciuson： proper operation method should be chosen according to the patients＇ actual conditions for longer survival time after operation.
