治疗慢性根尖周炎162例疗效观察

Study on the Therapeutic Effects on 162 Cases of Chronic Periapical Inflammation

目的:探讨慢性根尖周炎治疗方法。方法:用3%双氧水清洗,氢氧化钙碘甘油糊剂根管消毒,根充碘仿糊剂牙胶尖根管充填。结果:162例患牙经治疗2周后,总愈合率92.0%,根充后经半年随访,显效率达90.1%。结论:慢性根尖周炎采用双氧水清洗,氢氧化钙碘甘油消毒,常规根充是一种经济有效的治疗方法。

Objective： The aim of this study was to investigate the treatments for chronic periapical inflammation. Methods： Irrigate decayed teeth with 3 percent hydrogen peroxide,disinfect with root canals of calcium hydroxide iodine glycerin paste, and fill in iodoform paste and gutta percha points with root canals. Results： After 162 cases of sick-teeth treated for two weeks, a total healing rate of the decayed teeth reached 92.0 percent besides, after six month＇s follow-up, the efficacy of the root canal filling therapy reached 90.1 percent. Conclusion： Routine root canal filling therapy using hydrogen peroxide to irrigate and calcium hydroxide iodine glycerin to disinfect decayed teeth is a cost-effective treatment for chronic periapical inflammation.
