顽固性鼻出血介入治疗37例的护理体会

Superselective Endovascular Embolization under Digital Subtract Ion Angiography for Intractable Epistaxis

目的:探讨数字减影超选择性血管内栓塞治疗顽固性鼻出血的护理经验和体会。方法:总结了37例顽固性鼻出血患者行介入治疗前后的护理要点。主要包括充分的术前准备、严密的术后观察与护理,并发症的防护以及出院指导等。结果:35例患者均一次性栓塞止血成功,2例加前鼻孔填塞后止血。结论:全面细心的护理在顽固性鼻出血患者行介入治疗前后有相当重要的临床意义。

Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of superselective endovascular embolization for intractable epistaxis under digital subtraction angiography （DSA）. Methods： 37 patients with idiopathic intractable epistaxis were treated with superselective endovascular embolization under DSA. Results： 35 of these patients were cured after 1 time of superselective endovascular embolizat ion.2 of these was cured after 2days. Conclusion： Superselective endovascular embolization is though to be a good choice for those patients with intractable epistaxis after conservative therapy.
