摘要
目的:探讨倾听技术在门诊内科护理工作中的应用效果。方法:对2008年1~12月某医院门诊内科就诊的所有患者的护患沟通进行回顾性分析。结果:通过倾听技术的有效应用,病人的满意度较上年增加了2.1%。结论:倾听技术在门诊内科护患沟通中的应用非常重要,它是建立良好护患关系的基础和关键。
Objective: To assess the application of listening skill in outpatients nursing. Methods: Data of all outpatients from Jan, 2008 to Dec, 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Effective application of listening skill made outpatients' satisfactory rates increased by 2.1%. Conclusions: Listening skill is very important in communication between nurses and outpatients in clinic and it is basis and key element to establish good relationship between nurses and outpatients.
