摘要
从齿轮加工所需要的运动关系出发,推导出齿轮加工CNC系统的基本联动控制结构是一种混合的五联动结构.经运动关系独立性分析,得到了一种双基准源结构.在这种双源结构中,五坐标联动是一个两坐标联动结构和一个三坐标联动结构的合成.
The simultaneous control structure is key to design gearmachining CNC system. From the motion relation needed in gearmachining, the basic simultaneous control structure of gearmachining CNC system is deduced in this paper, and the number of simultaneous control motions comes to five. By analyzing the independence of the motion relation in gearmachining, a doublebasicmotions structure is obtained. In this doublebasicmotions structure, the five simultaneous control structure is the composition of a twosimultaneous control structure and a threesimultaneous control structure.
