摘要 通过对工作压力的众多研究成果进行综合分析发现,对个体而言,在面对压力源时,其认知评价方式和应对方式对是否产生工作压力具有重要影响。因此,应通过改变认知评价方式和应对方式,来减轻工作压力。 By analyzing the previously researches on job - stress, it is believed that when facing stress source, whether or not generate the stress is relevant to individual's cognitive evaluation and coping styles.
