地西泮在多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中的应用

目的探讨地西泮在多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中稳定心率的效果。方法249例疑似冠心病患者按年龄分为45岁以下组,46～55岁组,56～65岁组,66～75岁组及76岁以上组,每组分为试验组及对照组,接受40层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像术,将检查时心率波动小于等于6次的作为有效,利用统计学方法,分别计算各组的P值,说明其有无显著性差异。结果45岁以下组,46～55岁组,56～65岁组存在显著性差异,66～75岁组及76岁以上组无显著性差异。结论地西泮与倍他乐克合用对部分人群能起到稳定心率的作用。

Objective To evaluate Diazepam effect of stabilizing heart rate using in multi -slices spiral CT coronary. Methods 249 patients with suspected coronary artery disease Divides into below 45 years old group, 46-55 years old group, 56-65 years old group, 66-75 years old group, above 76 years old group according to the age, each group divided into Experimental group and control group, underwent 40-slice SpiralCT coronary artery imaging. The heart rate fluctuation was smaller than 6 times as effective, Using statistical method Distinction computation each group＇s P value Explain that whether there was remarkable difference. Results There was remarkable difference in below 45 years old group, 46-55 years old group, 56-65 years old group, no remarkable differences in 66-75 years old group, above 76 years old group. Conclusion Diazepam be used to betocloc may reduce the heart rate fluctuation of the partial crowds.
