多排CT后处理技术在肋软骨及肋骨病变诊断中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 目的应用多排CT后处理重建技术明确显示肋软骨、肋骨解剖及病变。方法对临床数十例急诊胸部外伤和平片未发现肋骨病变的慢诊患者行多排CT检查与后处理重建。结果多排CT后处理重建不仅能清晰显示肋软骨外伤骨折和肋弓部骨折,而且对一些恶性肿瘤患者肋骨转移所致的骨质破坏也能明确显示。结论多排CT后处理技术(包括VR、MPR、MIP、CPR)可完整显示肋软骨、肋骨解剖及病变并能及时明确诊断。 Objective Through MSCT post-processing show the costal cartilage and costal bone anatomy and affection clearly. Methods Some of thoracic injury emergency patients and normal patients who have no identification for costal bone diseases by X- Ray diagnosis undertake the MSCT and post-processing technique. Results This technique not only showed the costal cartilage and costal arch fracture, but also displayed the destroy of costal bone from malignant tumour's osseous metastasis, it was the base of effective clinical treatment, and can be reduced the medical dispute because of imperfect diagnosis. Conclusion MSCT post-processing technique (including VR, MPR, MIP and CPR)can show the costal cartilage and costal bone anatomy and affection clearly, and can give the diagnosis exactly in time.
