院前急救护士职业倦怠状况的调查

The Investigation on Professional Burnout Situation of Pre-hospital Emergency Nurses

目的调查院前急救护士职业倦怠状况与普通内科护士的差异。方法采用职业倦怠问卷对济南市120名院前急救护士和120名内科护士进行调查分析。结果院前急救护士情绪耗竭、去人格化高于国内常模,已婚者情绪耗竭程度高于未婚者,工作10年以上者职业倦怠水平显著提高;与内科护士比较,情绪耗竭程度显著提高,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论院前急救护士职业倦怠高于国内常模和内科护士,且倦怠水平随着工作年限?婚姻状况有显著提高。

Objective To investigate the differences of professional burnout situation between pre--hospital emergency nurses and other general internal medical nurses. Methods 120 pre--hospital emergency nurses and 120 general internal medical nurses in Jinan were analyzed by questionnaire. Results The emotion exhausion and depresonalization aspects of pre --hospital emergency nurses are higher than norm. Nurses who have married are higher than others in emotion exhausion and depersonalizatio. Also, compare with internal medical nurses, the emotion exhausion in pre--hospital emergency nurses are higher. Conclasion The professional burnout situation of pre--hospital emergency nurses is higher than normal level and general internal medical nurses, also, the professional burnout level increases vividly by working time and marriage.
