护士分层级使用与APN排班的探索

The Exploration of APN Schuduling and Nurse Hierarchical Use

目的通过对护士排班方法的改革,分层次使用护士人力,使"以病人为中心"的服务理念得以实施。方法建立以护士长领导下护理责任组长-责任护士-助理护士的层级管理梯队,围绕"以病人为中心"的服务宗旨,实行三班制(APN)排班,减少交班次数,落实各岗位职责。护士长作整体指导,责任组长重点关注危重、抢救病人的整体护理,质控责任护士的工作质量,全面落实健康教育。结果保障了护理工作的安全,夜班次数减少,杜绝拖班超时现象,提高了护士对工作的积极性和满意度。结论护士分层级使用,更充分地发挥其内在潜力。APN排班模式体现了护理工作的无缝隙衔接,满足病人的护理需要。

Objective To investigate the differences in carrying out the service conception of patients oriented according to reforming nurse sheduling method and using human resources hieraehically. Methods Hierarchical management team led by a charge nurse including liability group leader, liability nurse and assistant nurse was founded to fulfill three--shift schedule with the service conception of patients oriented. The system can decrease the times of handing over and earrey out responsibility that sister was re- sponsible for general direction and the liability group leader focused on general nursing of eritical and emergency patients, the working quality of liability nurse and health education implement Results This system ensured the safety of nursing, deereased the times of night shift and got rid of delayed shift so as to improve the working enthusiasm and satisfaction of nurses. Conclusion Nurse hierarehieal use can work out nurses＂ potentialities and APN model of shift scheduling embody no--gap link of nursing work and meet the patients need. Key words
