摘要
目的探讨音乐干预配合健康教育对胃镜检查患者术前焦虑程度的影响。方法将60例胃镜检查患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,实验组采用音乐和健康教育;对照组未应用音乐干预,仅按常规进行健康教育。比较两组患者干预前(检查插镜前)30min和干预后25min(插镜前5min)焦虑程度、血压、心率、血氧饱和度和主观感觉指标。结果实验组患者干预后焦虑程度明显下降(P<0.05),血压、心率、血氧饱和度更趋于平稳,且这些指标均明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论实施音乐干预和健康教育可降低胃镜检查患者术前焦虑程度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of music therapy on the anxiety in patients undergoing gastroscopy. Methods 60 patients undergoing gastroscopy were randomly divided into experiment and control groups equally. Music therapy and health education were used in the experiment group and health education only in the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of anxiety, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and subjective feelings 30 minutes before performance of gastroscopy and 25 minutes after that. Results Compared with the control group, the experiment group had significant decrease in anxiety levels. The blood pressure, heart rate, and blood oxygen saturation in the experiment group were significantly stable than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Music therapy combined with health education can reduce the degree of preoperative anxiety in patients before gastroscopy. The nursing model is worth popularizing.
