CT引导下经皮射频消融术治疗肿瘤患者的护理

目的总结CT引导下经皮射频消融术治疗肿瘤患者的护理对策。方法2005年1月-2006年9月对65例肝脏和肺脏恶性肿瘤患者进行了CT引导下经皮穿刺射频消融术,并配合做好手术配合及术后的护理。结果术后患者精神好转,食欲不振、乏力、睡眠、咳嗽、咯血痰、肝区疼痛均有不程度的改善,体重增加。结论CT引导下经皮射频消融术治疗肿瘤是一种微创手术,具有创伤小、适应症广、近期疗效明显、并发症少等优点;术中、术后应密切观察患者生命体征和临床症状,及时防治CT引导下经皮肿瘤射频消融术发生的并发症,从而减轻患者手术带来的痛苦,提高护理质量。

Objective To summarize the experience of nursing the patients undergoing CT-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation （PRFA）. Methods 65 patients with hepatic and lung malignancies received CT-gnided PRFA between January 2005 and September 2006. Intraoperative and postoperative nursing was conduced. Results After PRFA, spiritual state of all the patients had been improved. Anepithymia, debilitation, sleeping, cough, coughing up bloody sputum and pains at hepatic regions were all improved at different degrees. Conclusions PRFA is characterized with its minimal invasion, wide implications, marked effectiveness in short period, few complications. Intraoperative and postoperative close observation over vital signs and clinical symptoms is key for the prevention of complications after PRFA in order to alleviate patients＇ pains and increase the nursing quality.
