消毒供应室人员的素质培训

目的探讨消毒供应室人员的素质培训方法和效果。方法从岗前培训、提高业务素质、树立审慎观念、技能操作培训和提高身体素质5方面对消毒供应室人员进行素质培训。结果培训前后供应室人员在专业基础知识、管理知识、消毒灭菌遵循法规知识知晓情况、供应室标准预防执行率和正确处理职业暴露情况等5方面比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论加强消毒供应室人员的素质培养和工作技能训练,可进一步提高其理论知识、实际操作技能水平和消毒灭菌的工作质量。

Objective To investigate the method and effect of diathesis training to workers at sterilization and supply room. Method The workers at sterilization and supply room were trained in fives aspects of pre-posifion training, professional diathesis, skill manipulation and physical quality. Result There were significant differences between pre-and post-training in terms of professional knowledge, management knowledge, understanding of law and regulations on sterilization, performance of standards for supply room and right treatment of occupational exposure （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Enhanced cultivation and training of skills for workers at sterilization and supply room attribute a lot to rise of theoretical knowledge, practical manipulation skills and sterilization quality.
