摘要
研制成功一种含特殊添加剂的Al2O3系新型复相陶瓷刀具材料.探讨了该材料的制备工艺及其力学性能,并对其断裂特性和抗破损性能进行了研究,结果表明:该材料具有较高的力学性能;端铣淬硬钢时,其抗破损性能明显优于相应不含特殊添加剂的Al2O3-TiC陶瓷刀具材料.
An advanced Al2O3based composite ceramic cutting tool material LD1 with the addition of special additives has been developed. The manufacturing technology and mechanical properties are discussed in detail, as well as the fracture characteristics and fracture resistance. Results show that, with excellent mechanical properties, LD1 is equipped with an obviously higher fracture resistance compared with other Al2O3TiC ceramic tools without special additives when face milling hardened steel.
