摘要 借助Fluent软件,建立了气体射流冲击烤箱三维简化模型,烤箱空载时,采用RNGk-ε湍流模型,流体为温度450k时的干空气,对气体射流冲击烤箱内部气流流场进行三维数值模拟。就原模型中各个喷嘴出口速度分布不均的问题,提出了4种改进设计,分别利用Gambit建模并经Fluent计算处理。得出气流分配室设计为梯形体并改进喷嘴排列形式为三角形排列的模拟效果最佳,气流流经喷嘴时无明显强弱流动之分,各个喷嘴沿其中心轴线速度分布均匀,出口速度值均统一在12m/s左右,加工方便。 In this paper, a simplified 3D model of air impingement oven was established. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) model was used to simulate the air flow field in an air impingement oven. The CFD model consisted of the RiNG k-ε approach to model the flow turbulence. Four types of reform ideas were proposed on problems that exit velocity of different nozzles was unevenly distributed in the original model. All the four kinds of design were modeled and calculated by Fluent. Results showed that best effects were achieved using improved arrangement of nozzles from original square design to triangle arrangement and designing the airflow distribution as trapezoid body. Besides, with the improved design, airflow through nozzles showed no obvious strength or weak flow division, and its velocity distribution along the central axis was much better.
