摘要
建立了鸡蛋中三聚氰酸含量的HPLC检测分析。采用酸化甲醇超声提取样品中的待测物,提取液经浓缩吹干后用定容液(V1%氨化甲醇:V水=1:1)定容,反相高效液相色谱检测。在2.0~8.0mg/kg添加水平,回收率在84.8%~91.1%之间,变异系数在4.0%~5.2%之间,方法定量限为2.0mg/kg。结果表明,该法操作简便、灵敏、准确,适用于鸡蛋中三聚氰酸含量的测定。
A method for the determination of cyanuric acid in eggs was established. Samples were extracted with 2% formic acid methanol, and then the extracts were dried by nitrogen and dissolved in 1% ammonia methanol aqueous solution (VV/) for HPLC detection. The added standards were 2.0 mg/kg-8.0 mg/kg. The recoveries, coefficients of variation, and detection limit of this method were 84.8%-91.1%, 4.0%-5.2%, and 2.0 mg/kg, respectively. The results showed that the method was simple, sensitive and accurate, which could be used for the determination of cyanuric acid in eggs.
