摘要 用电弧参数分析仪、扫描电镜等手段,对合金系统为Cr26Ni16的RM-1型炼镁还原罐专用焊条的工艺性、抗高温氧化及硫化腐蚀性能进行了研究。实际运行结果表明,用该焊条所焊焊缝的性能可满足炼镁还原罐的使用要求。 In this paper,the usability and resistance to high temperature oxidation and sulphidation corrosion of RM1 type specialpurpose coated electrode whose alloying system is Cr26Ni16 for reducing retorts in magnesium production are researched by means of the KAPPMETER welding arc parameter analyzer made in Sweden and KYKY-1000B type scanning electron microscope,etc.Practical service test results prove that the weld metal properties welded by RM1 type specialpurpose coated electrode can satisfy with the service environment of reducing retorts in magnesium production.
