摘要
用电弧参数分析仪、扫描电镜等手段,对合金系统为Cr26Ni16的RM-1型炼镁还原罐专用焊条的工艺性、抗高温氧化及硫化腐蚀性能进行了研究。实际运行结果表明,用该焊条所焊焊缝的性能可满足炼镁还原罐的使用要求。
In this paper,the usability and resistance to high temperature oxidation and sulphidation corrosion of RM1 type specialpurpose coated electrode whose alloying system is Cr26Ni16 for reducing retorts in magnesium production are researched by means of the KAPPMETER welding arc parameter analyzer made in Sweden and KYKY-1000B type scanning electron microscope,etc.Practical service test results prove that the weld metal properties welded by RM1 type specialpurpose coated electrode can satisfy with the service environment of reducing retorts in magnesium production.
