摘要
用调制传递函数方法间接地确定高功率电子束的横向分布特性，结果表明，这一横向分布可以用具有一定比例的高斯分布和本涅特分布的某个组合来表征特性。
An indirect measurement method to determine the transverse feature of an electron beam with high power is presented. It is found that the transverse distribution of beam can be characterized by a combination of Gausian and Bennet distribution in certain proportion.
