摘要 教师专业发展内驱力是促进专业发展,进而推进课程改革的重要因素。而提升内驱力涉及较多因素,不仅涉及到教育内部因素,也牵涉到诸多社会因素。正确把握校本研修和教师发展内驱力的关系是教师专业发展内驱力提升的基础。建立以人为本的校本研修机制是教师专业发展内驱力提升的保障。满足教师不同内在需求的校本研修是提升教师发展内驱力的关键。 The internal motive power of the professional development of teachers is the key factor in promoting the professional development as well as the curriculum reform. The promotion of the internal motive power involves many factors. It not only ranges over the internal factor of education but also a good many social factors. Correctly grasp of the relationship between the school - based training and internal motivation of teachers' professional development is the foundation of improving the intrinsic driving power of teachers' professonal development. The establishment of people - oriented training of school - based mechanism is to guarantee the improvement of the intrinsic driving power of teachers' professonal development. The school - based training which meets teachers' different internal needs is the key to improve the internal motivation of teachers' professional develop- ment.
